The New Brunswick Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour is seeking a Senior Researcher (PB5) to join its Policy, Research and Labour Market Analysis Branch in Fredericton.

Responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks and plans; identifying KPIs and measurement approaches; designing surveys and research protocols; conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis; managing evaluation projects and external consultants; and providing advice on research and evaluation methods.
Of particular interest to CES members, the position specifically recognizes the five CES domains of evaluation practice—Reflective, Technical, Situational, Management and Interpersonal Practice—and identifies the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation as an asset.
Candidates require relevant research and evaluation experience, with either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline.
