Greg lives in Fredericton and is a consultant to non-profits, municipalities and provincial governments. He has over two decades in program evaluation, developing policies, and managing programs. Greg completed a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management with the University of London (UK) in 2014. Since 2017 he is an Associate Partner with Pivot Consulting Inc. In 2020 he was recognized as a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) by the Canadian Evaluation Society.
With 25 years of experience in social policy research, evaluation, and strategic planning, Mollie is a seasoned public sector leader. As a Senior Strategic Advisor with the Government of New Brunswick, Mollie is dedicated to advancing knowledge exchange and championing evidence-based decision-making across sectors.
Daniel is a consultant who helps nonprofit leaders grow and get fast results with simple strategies, systems, and technologies so they can free time and do more of what matters. Most recently, he was Director of Strategic Initiatives at Brain Injury Canada. He led a team responsible for strategic management, policy, evaluation, and projects. Daniel has a degree in Governance, Law, and Management and certificates in nonprofit management. He’s a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lise is a Policy Analyst with Fisheries and Oceans Canada and currently serves as Treasurer for the New Brunswick Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES). She brings over a decade of experience in research, evaluation, and policy development, with a strong commitment to advancing evidence-based decision-making. Lise holds a Master of Arts in Career Counseling and is passionate about supporting evaluation, policy, and strategic initiatives. Since joining the CES New Brunswick Chapter in 2022, she has been actively engaged in promoting evaluation practices within the province.

Kirsten’s educational background combines psychology, education, sociology, and research. Her professional background is just as varied, with experience as an international elementary teacher, researcher, and evaluator in education, health, and trades. She currently works as a research associate on a three-year project, New Boots – Building Retention for Tradeswomen+ of New Brunswick, and as a project coordinator for New Boots, Progressing Women+ in Trades.
Kirstian is a Health Research Analyst at DataNB and holds a PhD in Applied Social Psychology. Kirstian brings more than a decade of experience in research and evaluation. Her work has primarily focused on the health and non-profit sectors, where she has led and supported a wide range of research and evaluation initiatives.
Joe is an Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. He earned his Joint Honours degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of New Brunswick and later completed his Master of Arts in Economics there. Upon graduation, he worked for the Government of New Brunswick as a Research and Evaluation Analyst, where he supported and expanded the role of evaluation in his department.
Ebele is a Program Evaluator at Shared Analytics, Department of Health, Government of New Brunswick. With a Master’s degree in Information Technology, she brings analytical expertise and a passion for evidence-based evaluation to drive measurable social impact. She specializes in program evaluation, needs and impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Previously, she worked as a Sales Business Analyst at SC Johnson International, where she supported strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Ebele believes every program and initiative should be evaluated to ensure accountability, continuous improvement, and meaningful outcomes.
